Freight Claims
All claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be made to the delivering carrier. Damaged or unsealed cartons must be noted at the time of delivery. Immediately notify our sales office of lost or damaged merchandise at # 1- (877)337-7626 . We will provide all available information to help in freight claims.
Item Inspection
Please inspect merchandise to ensure that the size & quality are acceptable prior to any modification (ie lettering or screen printing). We do not assume responsibility or accept returns for damaged merchandise which has been modified.
